This should be excellent news for Tories everywhere; with the undoubted heavy-hitting of Ken Clarke, the nasty piece of work that is Peter Mandelson should have a little less time on his hands to stoke the mud-flinging and dirty tricks machinery of the Labour Party. Excellent.
