Thanks to the DUP’s ridiculous caving to Government, and most likely some embarrassingly mercenery negotiating, the principle of Human Rights in the UK has been abandoned. Labour selling out to the DUP?
We’ve now adopted the principle that terrorist suspects (note ‘suspects’) can now be held for up to 42 days; goodbye Habeas Corpus, and hello Police State. Thanks DUP. You just made my beautiful country a little more stark and inhospitable.
