In which we remember the thousands of lives, of every faith and no faith, lost in the worst terrorist outrage of our time, and remember the value of freedom, diversity and democracy.  We remember the fact that, although some of our shared history may not be beyond reproach, our way of life, our freedoms and our commitment to remain free from tyranny in the name of religion are things for which we ought never apologise.
