It’s often commented that the only thing worse than anarchy is more government, but sometimes there really should be red tape.  A fantastic example is available here: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/wales/7702913.stm Bottom line; employ people who can actually speak Welsh in local government.  Right, Heledd?  Labour need to do something about this, or Plaid Cymru will.
